This original 1880’s house site is located in an old historic neighborhood of Nevada City, California in the heart of the gold country. The original house burned down in the 1930s and a very non-historical house had been rebuilt in its’ place. Completely renovated with a focus on creating an architectural style that reflected the other valuable historic homes in the neighborhood. The original carriage house still remained on the property and was also restored to be used as an additional, detached family room.
